While retaining color coding of the forms in keeping with the Yellow-Blue-Green tradition established in our training process, Catalytic Coaching Online includes a slate of features, including integrated Competency Anchoring Maps, the ability to re-sequence Strengths and Areas for Improvement by drag and drop,and pre-populating Goals on the employee’s Personal Development Plan using the coaches precisely worded Areas for Improvement.
