Plans are being made for the ninth edition of our Catalytic Coaching Conference. If you are entrusted with your company's development system, or a line manager who’d like to build some advanced coaching skills, we’d love to see you at our next conference. The program is designed for HR leaders, Coach2s (coaches of coaches) and other line leaders that want to immerse themselves in an intense coaching experience. Our March conference will be held at the Hilton Atlanta/Marietta Hotel & Conference Center which is located just 20 miles northwest of Atlanta and 2 miles from the Historic Marietta Square. It sits adjacent to the City Club Golf Course providing 18 holes of Championship play, and is nestled in the beauty of the Kennesaw Mountains with picturesque hiking and historic tours. The hotel features a long list of amenities. Breakfast, lunch and two dinners are included in a special room rate of $149/night. Take a taxi from ATL. Free local shuttle service negates need for a rental car. Arrive early or stay late to enjoy unique shopping & dining on the charming turn-of-the-century town square, or take a ride through history on the Historic Marietta Trolley, featuring one of a kind tours of the many historic sites in the area.

The program features a highly interactive format. Participants are asked to come prepared to work on two of their most vexing personnel situations. Many leave feeling that they've more than paid for their trip with the new insight they've gained on how to best handle a challenging performance problem. Confidence escalates by the day as participants successfully navigate through difficult role plays, aiding each other in applying advanced coaching techniques.
