Lisa Sordilla

Lisa Sordilla was a customer of Energage prior to joining as its first HR Director in March of 2017. It was a natural transition because her personal passion aligns with the Energage purpose of making the world a better place to work together. With a Bachelor’s in Sociology and early experience in social work, Lisa found her skills transferable to business in the HR function. She worked at small- to midsize- companies in a variety of industries and found her niche at rapid-growth technology firms that focus on building great cultures. Since 2014, Lisa has been involved in the Delaware Valley HR Person of the Year award, which is supported by seven regional SHRM chapters. She also serves on the Board of the New Choices Career Transition Program at Delaware County Community College. Lisa is a working mother with three teenage boys and is proud to do her part to support other working women and parents.
