Crafting an intentional culture starts with an employee survey that asks the right questions.

Weekly Culture Wins

An employee survey is an important first step in crafting an intentional culture. We focus on 15 drivers, but these three statements consistently rank at the top:

1. I believe this company is going in the right direction. Employees who believe in the direction of your company will invest more of themselves in their work.

2. I feel genuinely appreciated at this company. When employee appreciation is modeled every day from the top down, you’ll create a workplace culture that people want to be a part of and contribute to in every way.

3. My job makes me feel like I am part of something meaningful. When employees know their contributions benefit the organization, they’re motivated by a whole lot more than a paycheck or set of perks.
