Employee engagement is the simplest way to limit turnover, boost productivity, and find new talent. To measure it, look at responses to these three survey statements:

  1. Commitment: I have not considered looking for a better job in the past month.
  2. Referral: I would highly recommend working at this company to others.
  3. Motivation: This company motivates me to give my very best at work.

Employees who respond positively to all three have passion, energy, and commitment. They’re engaged — and they’ll go above and beyond for your organization.
