Weekly Culture Wins

Encouraging new ideas from all over the organization strengthens culture by increasing trust and buy-in. It also helps employees reach their full potential.

  1. Make it safe for employees to share ideas. When this happens, they’ll also feel safe to take calculated risks and chase continuous improvement.
  2. Not all ideas will fit your culture or strategy. Encourage people to discuss ideas with their peers and seek out potential obstacles.
  3. Set aside time for innovation each week. Forming a dedicated committee can also help you act on new ideas.
