Tim FitzPatrick is driven to understand what makes some teams more successful than others. Believing that those closest to the problem typically have the solution, Tim has been working with HR teams to close the innovation gap between front line employees and executives since joining Energage in 2013. Prior to using survey analytics at Energage, Tim specialized in corporate recruiting and worked on the selection committee of West Chester University to select its 14th President. He is currently studying organizational behavior and pursuing a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership at Immaculata University.
