A solid foundation of company values holds an organization together during turbulent times. They’re also a powerful declaration of your intentions for the organization’s culture. Values going right keep your company moving forward, but issues with values can become very visible very fast. Here are three tips:

  1. Consider how you and your leadership represent company values every day.
  2. Encourage and empower employees to consider values when uncertain about their decisions.
  3. Tie company announcements and celebrations to company values.
