Michael Jenkins is the founder and decision maker for J. Michael Jenkins & Associates, LLC and Managing Partner with Partnering Consultants International. Michael has been a faculty member at two Universities and spent over 25 years in Human Resources and Talent Management in Fortune 500 companies including AutoZone, Southern Company, Medco, and The Home Depot. Michael has facilitated Partnering workshops, conducted team building sessions, trained and coached leaders internationally. His church and civic activities include nonprofit board member, small group leader, and four MS150 bike rides.

In his career, Michael has worked throughout the organization, providing support, counsel, and coaching to leaders at all levels. He seeks to help leaders impact the business, whether they are entrepreneurs who own their own business, front line leaders looking to build new skills, or executive leaders who are leaving their legacy on the business and other leaders. Through his own insight, as well as insights gained from assessments, he challenges, guides, and inspires others to reach higher levels of leadership and business performance.

Michael received his undergraduate degree from Southwest Baptist University and his Ph.D. from the University of Southern Mississippi. He has written on such topics as execution and leadership and published research in Training and Development Journal, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Management Research News.
