Dayo Famakinwa is the Chief Product Officer at Energage, where he leads the development of innovative technology that helps organizations build thriving, people-first workplaces. With a track record of delivering impactful, scalable solutions, Dayo combines strategic vision with a deep passion for empowering teams and driving business results.
Before joining Energage in 2025, Dayo served as Vice President of Product Management at Indeed.com, where he led the Recruiting Automation Group and championed intelligent hiring tools used by millions. He previously held multiple senior product leadership roles at Datasite and contributed to growth at companies including Insite Software, Microsoft, and several tech consultancies.
A respected voice in the product community, Dayo also advises and invests in startups and emerging product leaders, lending his experience to help shape the future of tech.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and an MBA in International Management from North Dakota State
