Prior to joining Energage, he served as Vice President of People Science at PerceptionPredict.ai and Senior Vice President of Talent and Data Science at The Predictive Index.
Greg holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Colorado. His expertise spans employee selection, high-potential identification, and managerial derailment, making him a sought-after thought leader in the science of workplace excellence.
