John Galvin is the Chief Technology Officer at Energage, where he leads the company’s technology strategy and product innovation to deliver secure, scalable SaaS solutions that help workplaces thrive. A product-driven engineering leader, John brings decades of experience building enterprise-grade platforms across sectors including financial services, healthcare, education, advertising, marketing, and more.

Known for his ability to inspire high-performance teams, John has led global engineering organizations of up to 400 people, fostering cultures of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement. His leadership is grounded in Agile and Lean principles, with a strong emphasis on delivering customer value through modern software, data, and cloud architecture.

Prior to Energage, John held senior technology leadership roles in startups Hoopla Software and ClickEquations, mid-size companies Jornaya and Pointroll, and large companies Siemens, and IBM. He’s also played a key role in due diligence and modernization efforts, helping legacy systems evolve without disrupting business continuity.

John holds degrees in Computer Engineering and Mathematics from Trinity College, Dublin and is based in the Philadelphia, PA area.
