Kevin Sessions

Kevin Sessions is a growth executive with more than 25 years of experience building businesses, forging strategic partnerships, and helping organizations translate people strategy into business performance. As Chief Growth Officer at Engagedly, he leads business development and go-to-market strategy, expanding the company’s reach and helping organizations strengthen culture, develop talent, and improve performance.

Kevin served as Chief Executive Officer of TalentQuest before its acquisition by Energage, Engagedly’s parent company. He previously served as President and Chief Revenue Officer. As CEO, he led TalentQuest’s strategy and operations, overseeing sales, marketing, channel partnerships, and the development and delivery of talent management technology and services.

Throughout his tenure, he helped deepen client relationships, build strategic alliances, and expand the company’s integrated talent solutions — experience that shaped his ability to translate strategy into execution across a business.

Kevin pairs commercial discipline with a strong commitment to people. His leadership approach centers on understanding clients’ business challenges, aligning teams around clear goals, and building lasting partnerships. His guiding belief is straightforward: businesses achieve lasting success when they create the conditions for their people to thrive.

That commitment extends into the Atlanta community. Kevin is a former Chairman and current Advisory Board Member of 21st Century Leaders and serves on the boards of Camp High Harbor, the Georgia Tennis Foundation, and the University of Georgia Tennis Champions Club.

Kevin earned a B.A. in Speech Communications from the University of Georgia, where he was a four-year tennis letterman and team captain. He lives in Atlanta with his wife, Meg, and their three children. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, tennis, fitness, and spending time with his family.
