Kimberly Gress is known for her SaaS Customer Success leadership as well as preparing organizations for scale. However, her passion lies with building the next generation of leaders. Kimberly takes great pride in watching her former mentees and employees see their dream careers come true.
Kimberly is the Chief Customer Success Officer for Energage, LLC and is focused on building an innovative world class customer success model so that Energage’s customers are wildly successful. She continues as Founder of C2O Advisors where she develops and implements business process improvement strategies for companies in transition from start-up to growth stage. She specializes in SaaS Customer Success and Support strategies that accelerate and optimize customer success and support teams.
Kimberly has enjoyed a rich career with companies in various stages. She was Chief Operating Officer at early stage Tesorio, Inc, Vice President of Client Services at Boomi (acquired by Dell) and General Manager at SunGard Higher Education (formerly SCT).
During her time at Dell Boomi, Kimberly was recognized as a trusted source for SaaS customer success and support; this along with her co-invention of a patented system for identifying “at-risk” customers, a game changer for smart customer success, led to her being named “2014 Top 10 Women in the Cloud” by CloudNOW, “Female Executive of the Year” by The Stevie Awards and “Innovative Woman of the Year for Cloud Computing/SaaS” by Women World Awards.
Kimberly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science / Mathematics from the University of Delaware.
